While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content. Any reliance you place on this information is strictly at your own risk.
Any figures, statistics, revenue ranges, occupancy rates, ratings, timelines, or case studies shown anywhere on this site — including on our Airbnb Management & Development page — are illustrative examples for general reference only. They are not guarantees, projections, or a promise of any particular income, occupancy, rating, or result for your property. Every property and market is different, and example or past performance does not guarantee future results.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Property management, rental income, and short-term rental operation carry legal and financial consequences that depend on your circumstances. Please consult your own attorney, accountant, or advisor before making decisions.
Short-term and vacation rental activity is regulated at the city and county level across Southern California, and the rules — permits, caps, zoning, transient occupancy taxes, and outright bans — differ by jurisdiction and change frequently. Whether a property may be operated as a short-term rental, and on what terms, is ultimately the property owner's responsibility. Avenor does not guarantee that any property can be permitted or operated as a short-term rental, and we will confirm what is permitted for your specific address before any engagement.
Avenor Property Management is committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, familial status, marital status, disability, source of income, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and message — solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information. We retain it only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, or with any privacy question, contact us at info@avenorpm.com.
